From someone who knows nothing about cars, I can't thank the team at Rikfit enough. The person I spoke to on the phone was very patient with me and explained exactly what info they needed when my tire burst on the way into Birmingham. With 15 minutes, someone was with me and got the tire changed and charged me the price I was quoted on the phone. Excellent service. Thank you so much

Was booked in by another garage for a certain time and date. Walked in to be greeted by the most obnoxious and arrogant female ever. Lucky she was a female too. If that is how you talk to customers no wonder you have the bad reputation through the local community you have. I would never use you even if it was the last garage in Birmingham. Just down right vile.
