RIMU has been fantastic! Chloe, Leoni and Sophie were outstanding, along with everyone else. This was our first nursery experience and one we will never forget. They made sure our son felt safe, happy and supported. They monitored his learning. They regularly updated up online via a parent link with photos/videos and desciptions of what our son was up to. Our son seemed to cry a little on arriving and yet within minutes they had made him forget his tears and he was happily playing with toys or other children. I think the most valuable thing they do at RIMU is recognise each child is an individual and support them. It has left us with no doubt as to why they are outstanding in Ofstead. We would recommend them highly to anyone in the area and we are sad to be leaving due to location reasons. Finally, thank you again to everyone at RIMU.

I messaged them through their facebook page for an enquiry, I saw that the message was read / seen but did not give any response. I find this rude and unprofessional. Makes me think that they don’t have a good communication system at least. This discouraged me to enroll my child with them.

Both my sons have attended RIMU and they enjoyed every minute. The team were always friendly, approachable and very committed to their work. The extra activities such as gymnastics and street dance are a huge bonus too! Definitely recommend!

My husband and I (and in particular, our son) had an extremely unpleasant experience. This review is based on settling sessions (7-morning and afternoon sessions on various days of the week). It is not made obvious (prior to paying a deposit) that funerals take place on the premises of the nursery (on such days children are taken out on an excursion). The children are being left crying (I even wrote an e-mail to the management regarding that) and I heard an instance of raised voices (at a girl who was wiggling too much during a nappy change). I didn’t experience any classical, jazz, or other music (as advertised); other than pop and children's songs. As per the schedule, there are 2 outdoor sessions a day, however, I witnessed one occasion only. When it was questioned, the response was that the childminders are encouraged to take children outdoors but this does not mean that they do it daily. The owner came across very defensive and rude on the phone (when we requested to delay a start day).
