I've used this business quite a few times and reliability has always been an issue. I could cope with it most times but the last time was teh final straw. Even after booking in advance and ensuring I was first lift of the day they will delay it due to an "emergency" but not even bother to tell you. It really caused me problems due to clients coming on site but there wasn't even an apology. Not again.
