    Sat 6th May, when the rest of the country was watching the coronation, we went to Risborough Mobility for a lightweight rollator for my wife. The one NHS gave her was sturdy, but too clumsy & heavy for her to put into the car boot: she has MS. We bought her lightweight wheelchair from here (needed for exhibition visits, etc) & other items to help her. Always the same: helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. This Saturday the shop was empty (rainy and all watching the TV!) so we had two staff to ourselves and spent 2hrs trying out their wide range of rollators. The one we bought: the Rehasense Space CF, was perfect for her. Light (carbon fibre), easy to use and well built. As an engineer, I noted this: of British/Scandinavian manufacture, its very good engineering appealed strongly to me; it had obviously been designed by someone who understood who would use it. There were other good models, including a tricycle type that was light as a feather, but not laterally stable enough for her. But the one we bought was just right and we bought it thanks to the professional and friendly help we had at Risborough. A week later, it's in regular use and we're both very pleased with it - and with Risborough Mobility. Recommendation - very high! In the Bucks/Oxon area, the first stop for mobility needs.

    I can not praise this place enough. My in-laws required an upgrade to their chairs. On arrival we were greeted by Rose,such a lovely kind and helpful lady. She helped guide us through our requirements and an order was placed. Within days my father-in-law had his new riser chair, he’s over the moon. The chair was delivered by Chris, he showed us how everything worked and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. It’s so comforting to know that when we are faced with the challenges of failing mobility, there are such lovely people to help and guide you. I honestly can’t recommend this place high enough. Thank you!
