If I could I would give this salon no stars absolutely disgusting customer service. They sit at the back eating and chatting away for ages! I understand having your lunch and breaks but there was literally 3 of them sitting there whilst there was a long queue of clients waiting, so Ileft and decided to come back after a couple of hours! I checked online and it shows they close at 7pm I went back at 6pm just for eyebrows there was no customers apart from one who was having her hair done and there was 2 other therapist free, I asked if I could have my eyebrows done and she refused and said no you should have waited earlier wth is that suppose to mean! She was being horrible and nasty literally made me teary,I told her I came from far and she was like I don’t care where you from!!!! Horrible horrible horrible honestly they are so many better places AVOID!!!!!!!!
