Sadly not a great day here. The treatment was amazing, the staff seemed great apart from the miserable one on the spa desk not the best start to our chilled day. The afternoon tea was a real disappointment. The sandwiches were dry, the cakes appeared like they had been cut up hours ago and the edges were very dry too. The scones were hard and I had one piece of fruit in mine. Can't beat the facilities, pool and steam/sauna perfect hence two stars.

I've been a member for nearly two years and really love it here. Members are friendly (and the spa customors) and the staff are, without exception, professional, helpful and also friendly. The new owners have been doing some great upgrades and aren't finished yet. Notwithstanding problems with a new class booking system and a recent broken boiler (died before it could be replaced) I still happily give Riverhills 5 stars. Victoria
