Poor.....paid more than other quotes for what I believed to be a professional service due to owner Rory coming to quote, branded vans and uniforms however very disappointed. Upon starting new ensuite and electrical work I constantly had to chase for work be completed and to get tradesman to finish my job rather than others Which prolonged the build by over a month, had tiler included in cost but day before he was due to start they rang and said he can’t make it and I’ll need find one of my own, drilled holes at wrong height for sink, different tradesman each time that needed rebriefing on job-some better than others, tried to increase the price half way through! Have since asked for certificates of work and been told they don’t have them because changed certification. Don’t normally write reviews but I’m making an exception with this lot
