Please don't be discouraged by the negative reviews. My LO attended Robert Owen, even though only for a short period of time, the experience we had was nothing but positive. The staff and teachers were incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly, patient. My LO had a great time there and I really saw how much she grew and developed as a little human. The only reason we left is because we are relocating, otherwise I could see us sticking with Robert Owen knowing that our LO is in very capable hands.

Months ago the nursery asked me to leave a review. When I went on the page I saw two bad reviews but now one is gone. Because of this I didn’t leave a review because I didn’t know the real story. After I spoke with the teachers I found out the real story. I am offended you wanted me to hide your problems and a little bit regret taking my child here because my child could have had nightmares watching teachers fighting. Why did you allow the old man to always scare the little girl and cause problems with her father? Of course I cannot say which teachers I spoke to but they told me this is true and they are upset because this is very bad for the children. They don’t like it but cannot do anything because it is the headteachers problem. I thought the headteacher was good before but they say this is not true. Maybe these parents who wrote reviews did not see the bad reviews or maybe they are scared to say no to write a review.

Disgraceful and unacceptable behaviour from this nursery. As someone who has worked in childcare I would never neglect anything that is possibly harmful to the children or even disrespect the parents. There is clearly a big problem here.
