After I bought my car in December it developed a fault on the Multimedia system it kept cutting out so no heating controls no radio no sat nav etc, they tried to fix it twice and failed so new one ordered it arrived on the 14th of February so for two months I was without a car that was not fit for purpose. I contacted Customer Care over many weeks to complain but they really weren't very helpful. My car is now booked in for the 22nd to have a new one fitted. I rang the Dealership yesterday to confirm this date and to speak to Kate or Dean both where not available so asked them to call me back this was at 3.45 by 5.45 they had not rang so I phoned them and again they where not available. Once you have bought your car from them they really don't want to know. Terrible experience would not buy from them again .
