I bought a car and picked it up on the 8th Feb, drove it for 6 days when a engine warning light came on. After getting nowhere with the service call centre, I got through to the garage the following day. The guy I got through to was amazing and told me to bring the car back to be fixed. Ten days later the car is still with them. Hoping it won't be much longer. Just to add Car came with one key, I was told it was on order, 19 days and waiting Purchased extended warranty, 19 days later, still waiting for paperwork 12 month breakdown service, 19 days later, still waiting for paperwork Told on day of pickup that we would receive a 2 day UK break (didn't ask for this, but a nice offer) 19 days later and waiting. Hoping to get the car back soon. Edit Got the car back after 15 days, the service manager had to pay out of his own pocket to get the part 🙈 Still no warranty, breakdown service or second key. Here's hoping I get more than 6 days of use this time Car seems to be running OK after 10 days, Damon was excellent as was Bruce and Kent. Just a shame it took so long to find decent people who cared. The key was never ordered from Mini, they sent me the money to sort myself (ordered yesterday, picked up today) This was the second car we bought from them, never, never again. Had the car serviced today even though they said it was done pre handover due to a lack in trust in Stellantis and the oil filter was loose and leaking oil. Think I'll leave it now and put it down to shoddy service.
