Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional - Worst customer assistants I have dealt with in my life; they behave like it's their dad's shop. Received a text to collect order. When I got there on Friday I called the mobile number I was given to contact - I was told only one part of my order had arrived and to wait outside. Called them again after waiting, and it seemed like no one knew I was waiting; I told them I will come back when everything is available. Called on Tuesday to enquire about the other part and was told the part is available and that it was available when I came on Friday. I told them I had to cancel a booking I had on Monday because of their oversight and they could tell I was unhappy about the situation. No apologises from them but just the question, " are you gonna come and collect it?". Told them I will think about it. Called after 30min to tell them that I would drive down to collect the order. When I arrived, I called four times and no answer. First call at 13.30 and last call at 13:50. Decided to leave and did not hear from them at all. I bought my parts elsewhere. Buy your parts somewhere else if you can....

Terrible service received. I called to order some car parts and had problems straight away. I told the lady on the phone I'm after some Abarth parts and she asked me 3 times what I was talking about as if I was speaking another language. Eventually she took my registration number and kept mumbling to herself only to tell me that 'her system' just goes crazy when entering the reg and she can't find any parts for it. I then asked can you please search by entering the Make and Model of the car and she claims she couldn't. She then fobbed me off by saying I'm going to transfer you to my colleagusr and see if it works on 'their system' as if they are not working in the same company using the same software. I was transferred over and as soon as the phone was picked up they put the phone down. Somebody else has mentioned in the reviews that this place is chav central and I can believe that and see why they have so many bad reviews. My advise is to avoid and take your business elsewhere where it will be appreciated.
