Terrible experience. First I was called by lady called Shanon who booked us without asking for confirmation if we are available. I needed to call to cancel the booking saying we cannot attend. Booking was cancelled and another booking was made for next day. Shanon was not aware her booking was cancelled and called me again asking whether we are coming . She also told me the cars we were offered for test drive will not be available so we don't need to come to the other booking and need to make another boom with her for next week. At the moment we don't know whether we need to attend our booking for tomorrow because we don't know of the cars we wanted will be available. Nobody able to tell us

An absolute joke of a place. If I could give 0 stars I would. Visited a month ago to view a car and put down a £500 deposit on it. Due to circumstances I decided to attempt a car elsewhere as I realised how much of rip off the car was. Sales woman Shannon said she would refund my money and guess what? I’m still waiting! Phoned up multiple times and kept getting the brush off. They said they would send a cheque and I’m still waiting! £500 may not sound like a lot of money to you money grabbing lot but it is to me and now I’m out of pocket. Won’t give me my money back but you were quick enough to take it!

I normally use peugeot Harlow but had to us this branch which turned out to be the complete opposite in terms of customer experience. My car was in for a repair and I had a loan car arranged. I had to explain myself 3 or 4 times that I would be using my company insurance and I don't need to pay any money! Finally after I provided my company insurance they accepted I was right. I was told the loan car must be returned that evening as it was already booked out the next morning at 8am for a customer. I never received a text or an update if my car had been fixed that evening. I called and left a message but no return call. So I kept the car that night and returned it the next morning at 8am. Once there i found a guy i presumed was a manager, tall, grey haired older guy sat at a desk in his office reading his paper, who just looked up at me and said "yeah!!!!". I said good morning and explained I'm retuning the loan car and in my opinion, rudely was told "go and take a seat and someone will see you when they are ready?". I waited 10 minutes and after watching one staff member walking around eating her breakfast, the other guy sat there chatting to her whilst waisting my time, I eventually found out my car wouldn't be ready until the next day and surprisingly I was now allowed to keep the car. So what happened to the customer that it was already booked out for? Was I lied to on top of having a 40 minute waisted journey to return the car, even though I didn't need to all along? To sum it up I felt like I was in a place where some of the staff were there just waiting for retirement and as a customer i felt like i was just an inconvenience. I felt like they thought it was borderline funny to just be rude and lie to their customers. On picking up my car the younger guy, dark hair, was polite and professional, that's all you really ask for but it just seemed a bit too much for this place unfortunately.
