Excellent experience at this dealership. Malcolm looked after us throughout the process of ordering my husbands Motability car. He was warm, welcoming and took time and care to show us the car and explain everything clearly. This is our first electric vehicle and he gave us lots of useful information about the car and also charging etc. We never felt rushed or pressured and he was always available for any queries we had. Whole experience from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. I was dealing with Darren, and I can honestly say that that’s the fella, who can set standards for customer service. Always keen and always helpful. Got better value for my money than in other place, better part ex valuation, didn’t have to endlessly wait for email reply and he made the whole process nice and smooth. The whole car buying process was absolutely stress free, pleasant and prompt. Two weeks after collecting my car, got the phone call back, asking how is the car, am I happy and all that, it’s just nice to have this feeling like you have your designated sales man and your case is important to him. See you next time. Few words about the place itself - nice and clean, very well looked after, you can make yourself nice and comfortable waiting with cup of tea or coffee. You can get your hands on and get in to any car, experience them at your own pace and no one will tell you anything. And that’s how it should be. Thanks for great experience great customer service and great car.

Brought my car into the service department to investigate a tyre pressure loss message on my car dashboard console. I was sent a video inspection of the car tyres detailing the work needed and estimate for work required which I agreed. My car was repaired and also given a complimentary wash and valet and was available to collect that day. Many thanks to the staff for their excellent work and in particular to Mr Bruce Walton for his excellent customer service and his friendly and approachable manner.
