Soulless overpriced greedy nationalized corporate car dealership. They booked my MOT and service at the wrong location, blamed me for it, had to take day off work to drive it to a location that was much further away and not near transport, not apologetic in the least claimed they had me on tape agreeing to this. Certainly my last visit.

Avoid avoid avoid. Dropped car in for regular service and it came out with more problems than it went in with. I understand things go wrong but the problem is that it’s impossible to contact them - no one answers the phone. Ever. I laugh at the owner responses below directing people to call them. How did that go for you? I paid £170 for a loose sensor in the reverse parking camera to be fixed. Told it was done only when I got home discovered the camera still wasn’t working (car was facing outwards when I collected it….) Wing mirrors also stopped folding in automatically. A setting that can only be disabled in the car’s central system, clearly turned off inadvertently during the service. Would all be trivial to solve if only someone would answer the phone.

Given up! In early December I gave in my car to have it checked overall. Before handing it in I asked if they work with warranty companies to which the answer was yes. After examining the car, they was supposed to get in touch with my warranty company to see whether they would cover the costs and get back to me. Haven't heard from them since! Tried calling a million times! lovely ladies tried to help get in touch with the branch, leaving messages and internal messages and flagging up my case but still no reply. Every call redirected to someone else. Even spoken to someone who gave me branch managers email- was supposed to call me an hour later, still no reply!!! Very dissapointed in the lack of contact and the careless approach to customer! Very difficult to get in touch with and ignorant! I came to them with trust, that the job will be handled correctly rather than going to a local garage. Oh the dissapointment.
