I’ve been working here for over a year and what a year it’s been. I love coming in to work and seeing my lovely residents. I love spending time with them and hearing about their life stories. It’s amazing the bond you build with the residents and that’s something I will always cherish. I work with a great team we all work together to provide the best for our residents. The manager is lovely and supports all of her staff and wants nothing but the best for the people we care for.

Been working at Rochester for 3 years. The environment is very welcoming and friendly. The staff are always there to help, the care that they give to the residents is absolutely from their hearts, always caring for the residents best interest and care. The manager is always there for staff , family and for each residents. It's always lovely to be on shift with such an amazing staff and working towards giving the best life possible in a safe environment.

I have worked in care for 42 years, Agincare took over the home 9 years ago. We had a new Manager and with the support of Agincare and the Manager Irene Kinslow and staff the home was brought up to a clean fresh well maintained home, it has been very hard with the changes but we have adapted however the outcome is We take pride in our home, we are a great home and we have a great team work our Manager supports us when we need it. We have great fun with the residents and Mangement, the residents really enjoy us singing dancing, I think Rochester is a great home for anyones loved ones to live, we are a very caring home we always put our residents first, if I had to put my parents into a home I would take them to Rochester, we are friendly team welcoming hard working , team Rochester!
