Poor layout of all the houses at Rochester Riverside. All terraced, no detached, just squeezed in to maximise profits. Take a look at Redrow developments. Should be a mix of house types - detached, semi, terraced & flats not the same endless row of narrow ugly houses. How do owners locate their own on the street? Awful design.

leaking roof - been inspected - many requests to fix - eventually added some sealant - disappointing - dreadful stain on my new house. Other long outstanding issues - very creaky floor in bedroom and chipped window pane. with these outstanding issues I would not recommend buying here despite there being many good points Update 9/5/23 waited in all day 28/4 for operative - no show 3rd time! No apology and no follow up - bad!

It's a beautiful designed office plenty of space near the River Medway,beautiful view and you can see its properties for sale near their offices,coffee shop ,railway and a co-OP nearby and a travel lodge.
