Travelled to the rock and run store at Sandside for climbing shoe fitment; 1 - The store temperature was pretty much the same as outside temp, meaning the climbing shoes were freezing cold and hard to get a good fit as they don't stretch and act like they would when climbing. Both members of staff were wearing coats and hats. Perhaps the owner can put the heating on? 2 - There was no where to try the shoes against a small edge. Easily remedied as you probably have holds in stock? 3 - We felt a little rushed and the member of staff tried to sell my wife size x. I pushed for her to try on the size below just to make sure they were the fitment, good job I did because she ended up taking that smaller size. When your spending £130+ you want to make sure you've got the right size. Overall I thought we were going to get a professional climbing shoe fitment but it wasn't. My local wall does a better job at getting you the right shoes. Hopefully you can change some things with this feedback. All the Best

I ordered La Sportiva B3 boots, they arrived and fitted well. I returned my scarpas and already refund is processed. All of this is in just a week!! Brilliant service. Would highly recommend it.
