I attended a hygienist appointment with Fran Robinson on 24 August 2021 at 31 Harley Street. Having not been to a hygienist for a number of years, I was very impressed by how Fran talked me through all the treatments she was carrying out in a friendly and professional manner. I have had painful experiences with heavy-handed hygienists before, but Fran also made sure I was not in any discomfort which I’m grateful for. Most importantly, I was very happy with the results and had fantastic comments as soon as I got into the office!

I went to the hygienist for the first time in many years recently, and as such I was slightly nervous. Fran was my hygienist and immediately put me at ease. She was happy to answer all of my questions (and was very knowledgeable!) and was clearly very passionate about her work. She gave me really helpful advice on aftercare and how I should be brushing/flossing as well. Would highly recommend her and the practice.

Fran the hygienist was excellent. The treatment I had with her was very comfortable and enjoyable. She was especially good at helping me with my fixed retainers that I've had since having braces. She also made some recommendations for when at home for keeping my fixed retainer clean as well as my wisdom teeth.

I went in for a dental hygienist appointment at 31 Harley Street. Fran was my hygienist who instantly made be feel comfortable and relaxed. She was excellent at explaining the tools she was using during my appointment and was gentle and effective in scaling, cleaning and polishing my teeth. She also gave me advice on aftercare for my teeth and flossing routine. I would thoroughly recommend Fran and the practice for such a great dental hygienist appointment! Harriet

I’ve been to this practice twice for hygiene appointments with Kelsey, she was great and did a thorough job. I was nervous in the chair but she did amazing to keep me calm and made sure I was comfortable. The practice’s Covid procedures also made me feel very safe. I couldn’t recommend this practice and their staff highly enough!

Rod McNeil and his team truly offer the best dental care in London. I tried several other practices previously with mixed results. When you try this team however, I defy you to ever think about going elsewhere. Their hygienists are sensational (care, accuracy, equipment, expertise). All of this on the Harley Street, at very reasonable rates. Great personalities also. I have recommended « 31 Harley Street » to all my friends and clients. Keep up the Sterling work !
