Just popped into Rohan’s Lymington to buy a new cap. Greeted at the entrance by the shop assistant/ manager looked me up and down then reluctantly said good morning. While I was in the shop he was of no help at all other than sneering remarks from behind the counter. No help offered with sizing…….made to feel totally unwelcome. I could understand if the shop had been busy …….I was the only customer!! It saddens me to leave such a review as Lymington is my hometown. Very disappointing. Rohan clothing is superb.
