  We came here for our newborn photoshoot and brought our dog with us so we could get some shots of them two. Gavin was so good right from the very first email until the end. Answered all my questions in a timely manner, had such a warm and friendly approach so we felt very relaxed and never put any pressure on when buying at the end. The session was so good and he worked so well with our dog to get the shots that I imagined for us. He was also very accommodating to our baby and worked the session around her so we could chang her and feed her whenever she needed it. His experience definitely came through and I knew we were in good hands. He left us spoilt for choice at the end when we had to narrow down our pictures but in the end we left with a really good deal that was great value for money so we can't complain. I would definitely recommend coming here! Not a bad word to say

  I have had two photoshoots with Rolph & Co so far, one for myself and one for my two cats. On both occasions it has been a relaxed, fun and enjoyable experience. The photos have been lovingly personalised to me, my personality, my style, my home decor and as a result I now have wonderful and truly unique artwork on my walls. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  We had a Virgin Experience Day purchased as a gift for us, and honestly, for a family that aren't all that confident in front of the camera, it was absolutely amazing. They made us feel welcome from the get go, booking was a breeze, they made accommodations and gave us advice on what/ who to bring. Then the actual shoot, wasn't even like we were posing. I said to my husband if it were anyone else, we wouldn't have got what result we did from our dog, or our daughter if it weren't for their sheer talent. He made us feel at ease and comfortable to get the best out of our photos. Making the whole process a week later to actually pick the photos we wanted, all the more difficult. I can't say there was a bad photo of the bunch. Absolutely five star and have recommended to everyone who would listen!:)

  I cannot sing praises for Gav and Jen enough. After a difficult pregnancy and hard start to parenthood, my partner and I wanted some keepsake photos of our 1 year old and something to share with family. We had no preferences in style and let Gav take the lead, as we weren't sure what we were after, really. Initially we didn't want shots of the 3 of us, being camera shy and awkward ourselves. However, we felt so at ease and enjoyed the experience so much that we happily became involved. The way Gav and Jen and Ralph(!) kept our temperamental 1 year old relaxed made the whole shoot feel so natural, like time spent with friends, making the experience much more comfortable. We came away excited but still unsure what to expect. At the viewing we were blown away. It felt so personal, I cried. The photos were all beautiful, and the family shots were so special, we couldn't believe it. Choosing the bundle meant we have many to share with family and to keep ourselves. Obviously reactions from family have been equally emotional as the photos are so surprisingly "us". It's incredible how much character is captured and something we just didn't prepare for. I'm not the type of person to leave long winded reviews, or even to compliment someone so much. But Rolph and Co are an amazing team, who are so considerate, warming and incredibly talented, that I have to tell everyone.

  From the first point of contact to the collection of my photos, Gavin and Jenni have been so friendly and lovely. Gavin called to discuss suggestions, outfits, colours prior to the shoot. During the shoot Gavin made me and my dog feel relaxed and at ease (even when lying on the floor!) and I do not like having my photo taken but we thoroughly enjoyed it. I wasn't expecting to like any of the photos with me in them but I love them! They also make a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

  By far the best place to go for your photos to be taken. Gavin and his partner (and of course Ralph the dog) make you feel so unbelievably welcome, offering drinks, talking to the kids aswel as us. We felt so relaxed, we felt we were able to say exactly what we wanted from our photos and also what we didn't want without feeling pressurised. Gavin really helped to keep the kids happy throughout the photos and was so patient when our teething baby started to get a bit upset (sore gums) honestly they are by far the best around

  I can’t thank Gavin and Jenni (and Ralph) enough for the amazing experience at our photo shoot with our dog. The second we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome and comfortable and to come back a week later and see all the photos presented so beautifully was just amazing, so so happy.
