Absolutely shocking customer service! Saw a car on eBay the advert said pop down for a test drive so we did to be told that its appointment only, I apologised but said the ad said we could pop down at which point the sales assistant/ owner said the advert said appointment only specifically and he would know as he wrote all the adverts. However myself, my son and my friend all checked said advert and at no point did it say appointment only! I then called an hour or so later as instructed and the same gentleman said he was closed now til Monday as he had to take his son to a party one that had obviously popped up in the 2 hrs since we had been on his forecourt when he asked us to pop back the same day making sure we called in advance! Awful man in particular the calling me a liar but then to ask me to call him in an hour or so for him then to say he was busy was atrocious. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
