Really friendly and welcoming staff. The menu is only small, around 20 or so items, but don't let this put you off. All the dishes are fresh and flavoursome and if you get two or three dishes and a rice or roti you will probably be quite full. Definitely one to recommend Vegetarian options: About a third.of the menu caters to vegetarians with some vegan options available.

Food was poor. The menu looks exciting, especially as there's not much Punjabi food in Manchester. However, everything was far too salty, the calamari was cooked well but covered in salt. The biryani rice was overcooked and bland, the curries far too intense. Poppadoms were very obviously microwave poppadoms, some didn't crisp up properly. I've grown up eating Punjabi food, this was a poor representation unfortunately. However, the staff are wonderful. Very attentive, great service all round. They made a special effort for my birthday, with a deep fried mars bar, I really appreciated it. Cocktails were excellent, the irn bru negroni especially. I'd love to come back again but I wouldn't because of the state of the food. What a shame, Manchester needs more Punjabi food.

The staff were incredibly lovely, the cocktails were great but that's where the good news ends I'm afraid. The food was either bland, dry, very salty or a combination of those things. A couple of the dishes are legitimately tasty (fish curry) but the rest, overall very disappointing. Poor food, don't bother eating here.

We orderded Roti(Chapati) and cheese onion bhaji, It wasnt proper indian chapati (too thin and uncooked) .and same with onion bhaaji, it was uncooked from inside , batter inside the onion bhaji was raw. Will not order in future

Unfortunately doesn't cater for people with Coeliac disease as the non-gluten containing items (i.e poppadoms) are fried with gluten containing foods. This makes it really hard to understand on the menu what is suitable. Limited understanding of the disease too (autoimmune reaction to wheat/barley/rye). We were recommended Rudy's pizza (wheat everywhere) as an alternative.

Food is tasty and the service is great, however, for us, the prices for the portion sizes are not worth it. I understand it's tiffin style, but if you want to be full you're looking at 3-4 dishes which is pushing £30+ each, and that's not including drinks, and I'm afraid the taste of the food is just not justified at that price.

Extremely disappointing food. Curries were bland, pork dish was mostly fat and inedible, the paneer dish only had three small pieces of paneer and the rest was also inedible, everything lacked seasoning, mango lassi was tasteless, service was inattentive despite being the only people there. Avoid.
