The food was acceptable but forgettable. The decor was pleasant enough, though the washroom was filthy when I was there. The service was far below the standard I had come to expect of Four Seasons. Server spilled water and did not clean it up. Order was mistaken. Service was so inattentive that I had to chase down a server to ask for the bill, clearly indicating that I was in a hurry for a train, yet the serve came without the card machine making us wait even more. The undeserved service charge was not even optional. Nothing like our previous Four Seasons experience. Disappointing.

Service was not at all up to palace standards. Waited 20min just to get noticed by the staff. Ordered 2 cocktails that arrived without a glass of water or any nibbles. My old fashioned used to come with a single large rock, now it's a lot a small cubes that makes it very watery very fast. Was rushed by the staff to either order another round or pay the bill. All this came with 15% service charge...

Sat here for 40 mins before being attended to. Placed an order 30 minutes ago and am still waiting for my order. Wonder how long it takes to make some bar snacks and a pot of tea... Asked the service staff and was told my order hasn't been placed at all. 50 mins of wait for nothing.

A beautiful bar with fancy wall structure, extraordinary cocktails made by Myles, who offered us a perfect service. We were warmly welcomed by Joselyn - very friendly - and had a wonderful evening at the bar. We are lucky to have had the chance to experience the Rotunda Bar and will come back as soon as possible :)

Service was very much below average. The “ patatas bravas” was really bad - never tasted such a bad patatas bravas , they were soaked in oil and the sauce was not tasty at all. Expensive , bad service and newly average dishes. Not coming back again.

Lovely atmosphere at this venue which is a must visit during the Christmas season. The decorations are always gorgeous and the live music really added to the ambience. I throughly enjoyed the Baked Alaska which due to the sorbet inside tasted much lighter and fluffier than most I’ve tried. It was boozy and baked to perfection. The staff were also extremely friendly.

Had a great afternoon tea experience here! Everything was delicious. It ended up being extremely filling (we even had leftovers) since they offered one round of REFILLS on both the tea and sandwiches! Amazing! There was also so much more jam and clotted cream than we could ever hope to use in one sitting. We enjoyed the live piano and the very refined setting. Of course the service was delightful as well. Expensive but worth it!
