I take leaving a bad review very seriously, but I was so disappointed with the customer service I had with the Round & About Magazine. I paid £250 to have an ad designed, offering free samples to anyone who accessed the link. Because of the design the link was not easily readable, which deemed my advertorial useless. I politely emailed my point of contact twice, and called in to explain my situation, and was promised I'd get a call back but was completely ignored!
