I don't know where to start. No amount of words are enough to express my gratitude to Mark, Louise and the team. Having spoke to three other funeral directors, i knew within the first few minutes that i wanted Mark to take care of my dear sweet dad. Mark has a very calming and reassuring voice; which is so important in times like this. Mark really loves what he does and takes care of our loved one's in such a thoughtful and respectful manner. I know my sweet dad was treated with dignity and respect in the care of Rouse & Co. I know my dad would have shook your hand and brought you a drink to say thank. Thanks so much for everything. Mark and his team dealt with my dads funeral. His communication with us has been great. Really responsive and he matched his style to our requirements. From the start we knew what the cost would be, which in these tough times is a massive stress relief. He was able to get us a prompt date at Beckenham where we could use the webcast facilities.
