Rooms: Ekstremt lite rom. Bare tidvis noen i resepsjonen. Trang og gammel heis. Relativt nyoppusset bad med godt trykk i dusjen. Walkability: Kort vei til Paddington stasjon.

(Translated by Google) I had a very small room without AA (it had a small fan), but it did not cause me a problem because I was outside more time than in the room. The very friendly receptionist, knew how to understand my weak English. My last day of lodging the hotel ran out of water, they don't know what the problem was but I had to leave without being able to clean myself. The location is excellent, easy to connect with the subway and bus.

Room was very small which is fine for a solo traveller but beware if you’re not on your own. Hotel is rundown and not overly clean, I’d say it’s about 50/50 on whether or not they clean linens between guests. Rooms are pretty beat up, bathrooms not very clean and I had to hold the shower door shut while showering to avoid flooding. The woman who greeted me was very nice but there isn’t really any service to speak of. These are all fine for me because I’m not picky and have stayed in some sketchy places but is definitely something to note if you’re expecting more out of your stay. Good location, feels like a safe neighbourhood and relatively affordable by the insane London standards but I’d be unlikely to book a stay here again.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. As a travel agent you book a hotel, even a basic one, with an expectation of cleanliness and care in how the rooms are looked after. This hotel missed the mark terribly. I have removed it from my booking options for London and suggest you don't take the risk of staying here. Noteworthy details: Upon checking out earlier than was intended (and booked), the receptionist agreed that the hotel was not up to standard.

(Translated by Google) It is well located, close to Paddington station, Hyde Park and a half hour walk from Oxford Street We got the room on the underground floor, so it had no windows or coverage. It was small, but it had everything you need for your stay. The cleaning leaves to be desired, they were only dedicated to stretching the duvet and changing the towels, since there was dust accumulated for several days. They also did not sweep and the carpet in the corridors and stairs needs a deep cleaning. We accidentally stained the duvet and, instead of changing it, they turned it around. The shower is fixed and the hot water comes and goes so suddenly cold water starts pouring down on you and you can't help it. Tap water is drinkable and tastes good. The closet is fine and comes with several hangers. The area to leave the suitcases is the stairwell and does not inspire security even though they have cameras. The walls are paper thin because you can hear absolutely everything, from people talking in the hallway to when your neighbor flushes the toilet. London is expensive in general, but for the price I have paid in this hotel I can go to a 4 or 5 star hotel anywhere in the world. It is very expensive for what you find (and it is one of the cheapest) although, as a general rule, hotels in London are like that.
