Theirs is nothing wrong with food, but the attitude of the staff is terrible, they are trying to closing from when you arrive, you feel like you’re apologising for being there. We asked for veggies with garlic and chilli and they said you can only have one or the other. Also, they include a 12.5% service charge and they told us we were not allowed to take it off the card and pay the tip in cash, simply ridiculous

Be careful, I got very heavy food poisoning in this restaurant. First ambulance and then hospital! It is a place to avoid. Poisoning aside, the quality is very basic, service extremely basic. In short, of royalty it has nothing at all, except the prices that l, moreover , I found expensive.

Great food but terrible service would not recommend it! Place is so dirty the attitude of some of the staff so rude! My daughter took the lollipops at the cashier and the guy took it from her saying only one he made my 3 year old cry over a lollipop after spending £200 for lunch! Terrible service! Will never go there again!

Spoke to the rudest person in the hospitality business when requesting for a reservation. After visiting the Baker Street branch for over 3 decades this is probably the only reason this location has a bad reputation. Bad attitude. Try your luck….
