I have just had an appointment with the Royal Free audiology Dept and wanted to share my excellent experience. Following a "surfing incident" I lost hearing in my left ear and developed acute tinnitus. My issue was resolved rapidly by their chief audiologist Mitch Chandler - very deep impacted wax. This is despite the service in Cornwall being unable to deal with it. The process was painless and I have had 100% of hearing immediately restored. Thanks a million!!
