After months waiting for an appointment I received a phone call from the hospital and advised to come to the hospital next day at 15:20 so my daughter can see a gynecologist, I left the work early, derived 50 minutes and waited in the hospital for 2 hours but it turned out that the doctor was not in the hospital at all! You don't have right to mess up with people's time and nerves! I spent my half day for nothing! Shame.

We had to visit recently with our little girl and the service was incredible. We were quickly seen by the triage nurse and didn’t wait very long to then be seen by a doctor. The waiting room had a TV playing children’s films and was really colourful and engaging - a nice environment for children to be in during potentially scary times. The NHS is amazing!

We gone in at 7:30 and they made us wait 5 hours which is a joke if they actually did the right time I’d give it a 5

I cannot believe what happened today. Wasted 5 hours in the A&E waiting room whilst my baby was bleeding. I brought it up multiple times to both reception and nurses but they just kept sayin “Normal waiting time is 5 hours”, to be told we had 4 patients before us, after 2 hours they were 8. I understand there’s a priority criteria but my baby was bleeding! I had to leave and look for care somewhere else.

I want to give RMCH A& E a huge thank you . Once again they have looked after my grandaughter Millie and she received the best care as always. I genuinely do not know what we would do without these hospital angels. Thank you to all the team last night. You are all amazing. ❤️
