I recently picked up my Ticker's Jodphur boots, that you have just put a new full leather sole on. There was a parking attendant loitering outside so I didn't have time to look at the work in store. When I got home I was blown away. The quality of the workmanship is immensely impressive - they look like new. I know Tricker's and Church's both send you shoes for resoling etc. Now I know why - but by going direct (as can drop off with you on way to see my mother) I didn't pay West End mark up). GREAT JOB. I`ll be back.

Kokos are super knowledgeable about leather shoes and provide sound advice, and won't try to upsell you on repairs that aren't yet needed. I was delighted with all the shoes they mended for me and will definitely be back in future.

I had three pairs of shoes to repair (new insole, outsole and heel) and took them to Kokos. I am incredibly satisfied with the service and the workmanship. They even repaired other defects, such as a roughened toe, although I came primarily for the sole. It is much more fun to wear the shoes now, and I will be back!
