Natalie is absolutely incredible! I went to see her in November as I had pretty bad acne and redness which was taking its toll on my confidence. Natalie was so understanding, supportive and kind and went through a treatment plan that would work for my sensitive skin. 6 months later my skin has no break outs at all and the redness and sensitivity has significantly calmed down. Now I don’t have any active breakouts I am able to start microneedling with Natalie which I never thought would happen! Natalie is professional and also checked in with me in between appointments to see how my skin which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Today was my second Cacci treatment with the gloves. It is a fabulous facial and I found the gloves give a far superior result. I have had Cacci for several years but the glove treatments are the best ever. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this treatment.

I’ve got to say what an amazing professional personal service Natalie gives at her R&R skin,body and Laser clinic. I had laser hair removal done and wish I had done it years ago and saved myself a lot of shaving. I’ve had other treatment done and always found Natalie has very high knowledge and a great passion in all her treatments and products she offer.
