The initial application to adoption process was long, making us believe we had not been successful. However, this was for totally good reason and within the best interest of the adoptee. Once our interest was confirmed the process was swift and effective. The support is brilliant ensuring adoptee and adopters were happy. The information and training performed at the centre is fantastic! What a lovely professional and caring team! We now have our forever furbaby, the blonde bombshell she is, settling in well !! ❤️

Would have been nice if they would have let me in when I want to drop food off in the rain. No answering the phone while outside.
