Local branch/office of the RSPCA charity. Not open to the public & no animals on site, but can offer advice via telephone or email. Vouchers towards animal neutering are available for use at private vets. You have to live in the catchment area but the vouchers are not means tested. Now based in Eastwood.

My cat was stuck up a 40 foot tree in boiling heat with no food and no water for 17 hours, my boy is only 1 and is an indoor cat, so he's very vulnerable, tried calling 5 times to no avail, they wouldn't send anyone out to rescue my boy, we had to improvise and thank God for tree surgeons. So my suggestion. If you cat Is in danger up a tree. Don't call the RSPCA. Call The Tree Fellas. Or any sort of tree surgeon. They will help no problem. So very disappointed.
