What a refreshing change from the usual high street shops to find such a warm and inviting store, where staff give that personal touch to help you without being pushy. Some really gorgeous accessories too from lesser known brands such as Clare Haggas alongside well-known labels like Barbour, Fairfax and Holland Cooper. All nicely spaced out so you're not rummaging through rails and rails of clothing to find your size. I can spend a little or a lot here!

Absolutely brilliant staff. I find Fairfax & Favour boots too long for me (short leg syndrome) but love them and needed a pair. Nothing was too much for the staff - I ended up trying on about 5 different pairs to find the one that was comfortable for me and not once did anyone complain. I really want to thank the staff member who helped me because now I have a beautiful pair of boots that fit my short legs and are comfortable. You don't get this service shopping online!
