Absolutely fantastic service from Mark. I was purchasing through them, there was a major hiccup in the chain, Mark did everything he could to keep me informed throughout, right up to completion. Rule & Rule have always had an excellent reputation on the island and we as a family have used them on more than one occasion. The latest, even though it was in sad circumstances, was when they dealt with the sale of my late parents home. They were highly professional from the very beginning, from the initial meeting, listing the property up until completion. Always kept in contact with updates on the sale and progress and everyone was very caring. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and instruct them again in the future.

Not professional, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Moving house is an extremely stressful time as everyone knows. Rule and rule made it even more stressful, lack of contact, we was constantly chasing them,not professional when they did make contact. No matter how competitive their agent fees are it's just not worth it. *I hope this helps in response to your reply.
