Ruth was wonderful at a very difficult time, preparing for a funeral. Although the circumstances were complicated, nothing seemed to faze her. She was warm, sensitive, capable and reassuring throughout - it was a huge relief to feel that someone really knew what she was doing, and would make sure that Mum's funeral service was a true tribute to her. Would recommend highly - and in sure she would be equally wonderful for the weddings and naming services she does as a celebrant too. Highly recommended.

We wanted to write a review and say a big thank you to Ruth Arnold, she was absolutely amazing !!!! Our dad had died and we had arranged a celebrant to lead his funeral service. She had sat with us to prepare a celebration of dad’s life, the flow of the service and a wonderful eulogy. Unfortunately our celebrant was unwell and did not get her PCR test result back, so worrying she had Covid, she called to say she was not able to lead the service the next day . I was upset when she called about how things were going to work out… but understood it was totally out of her control and she obviously couldn’t come to the crematorium, unsure if she had Covid or not. Our celebrant had kindly rung round a couple of celebrants for us, to try to find a last minute replacement and she said she felt Ruth was very kind and compassionate and would be perfect. She was right, Ruth was truly brilliant, she rung me to reassure me and my sisters that she would be there the next day, she would read eulogy and deliver the prepared service. It was such short notice, and you would have never have known that she hadn’t written it, the service flowed perfectly and Ruth read with clarity and compassion, she cared, and she supported us so well. Everyone, commented on her kindness and how she delivered the service, we were really impressed with her and we wanted to say a big thank you and that we would definitely recommend her to other people . I cannot thank Ruth enough for the wonderful service she provided for my Dad's funeral. I initially felt underwhelmed with the funeral process and thought it was going to be a very standard, one fits all service and not at all personal. However, after speaking to Ruth I felt very positive and confident that the day would be a true representation of him. She really took the time to understand what Dad was like as person and the key events of his life. It was a wonderful service and Dad would definitely have approved! I would highly highly recommend Ruth!

Ruth was amazing in helping our family create a fitting send off for our relative. She took particular care and effort to learn about the character of the deceased to ensure the service was appropriate. She helped us to resolve a number of technical hitches prior to the occasion to ensure all went well on the day, supported the speakers with their roles, and her own words during the service were exactly what we wanted. Throughout, she was compassionate, understanding and led by our wishes. We could not have asked for a better person to guide us through this difficult time, and highly recommend Ruth to anyone considering her services.
