Wow! The food is amazing (hot and cold salad bar, a large amount of different meats such as lamb, different steak cuts, chicken thighs etc - all cooked to your liking). And the concept of using a red/green token to turn when you would like to be served more meat is brilliant. We had Hannah looking after us for our meal and she was just the friendliest, most helpful and professional host. It seemed she really wanted to make sure we had the best experience for our anniversary meal, checking which, if any, particular meats we would like more of (my favourites were the lamb and chicken thighs, the flavour was amazing and the seasoning travelled through the meats instead of just sitting as a coating on the outside) and she ensured our drinks we kept full throughout the meal. There are options for people with dietary requirements such as vegetarian, and they are child friendly (we almost brought our child with us). Definitely recommend!

Food was amazing, the choice etc was good and the meats cooked well. However, their alarm kept going off, I lost count at 12 times and it put a humongous downer on the night. From a customer service perspective they should have done some sort of good will gesture to their customers who sat through it yet instead had the cheek to put a service charge on the bill. The manager is really rude as well. Food was lush but not returning!

Booked a table after hearing positive feedback from friends. Upon arrival we soon realised that we weren't about to have an amazing experience. The meat was awful quality, bland, fatty, undercooked and unappealing. The salad bar was poor, a very random selection of food that just didn't make sense in a Brazilian steak house. The price certainly didn't reflect the experience. Even after complaining we had a service charge added on to our bill which we requested to be removed. Will not be returning.

Hannah served us, our first time. What a lovely experience. All the staff were friendly and proactive. Recommend this buffet styled Brazilian restaurant. Dietary restrictions: They asked, which was excellent. Luckily didn't have shellfish, so I was all set.

As a customer who has visited this restaurant several times before. I was very disappointed with the service we received at Sambo this evening. Meat was chewy and not served to our liking. We complained and the owners were very defensive stating that the meat was the same they had been using for the last three years. The chef came out and was also very defensive.
