    Been trying to contact the Coxheath branch for the last 3 days all I get is an answerphone message so I actually left a message this time I've had no response. I was ringing to say have I still got my booking for a minibus in July for 4 days, seeing as no one could be bothered to get back to me I have found another company for half the price so they actually done me a favour by not answering the phones

    Been using this company since 2009, rented a mercedes convertible the first time doing business. Car was in good condition, although could do a bit of cleaning. I mostly hire vans. Most time I get what I ask for, newer model van. Vans are always clean, especially when I used the Rochester depot. Customer service is like the weather, sometimes warm friendly smile and sometimes cold, just depend on who you get on the day. Prices are good, would recommend them any time of the day, because if you discover an issue before you sign out the vehicle, they try to resolve it. 👍🏾

    The collection is way out in countryside through some narrow lanes which can be an issue if hiring a large van and you're not used to driving a vehicle like this. The van I hired nearly broke down before I got it back with steam and water coming out from under the bonnet. Just glad I got it back before it did. Also there wasn't much fuel in it and they couldn't even tell me where nearest petrol station was. May making sure tanks are full up and then requiring customers to return in same state with proof of purchase would be better. That way customers are also only paying for fuel they use.
