S Vance & Co have looked after our portfolio for a number of years. They have helped us find houses to purchase, have an excellent team of trades people that can carry out full refurbs to small maintenance work. More importantly we have very few voids and good tenants. We don't live in Liverpool so it's important that we can trust them to manage our properties professionally and keep up with legislation so as not to put us as landlords at risk. Just as important they look after our tenants, minimise costs where possible whilst maintaining our properties to a good standard. When we've had problems they have worked with us to resolve the issue. All in all they do everything they're supposed to and more!
