    I would like to thank Safe N Secure for doing an excellent job on my windows. I had two large very old windows replaced with modern UPVC. They were friendly, down to earth, and provided good customer service and communication. The windows them selves look fantastic, the inside and out. They finish at the edges was very neat. The price was affordable. Overall very impressed and would 100% recommend.

    We spent over £10K having doors and windows installed. The door never closes properly called them out over 5 times now still not right. and I've been waiting over 6 months for a window hinge to be replaced, called every month or more was told couple of weeks twice.. Dean is so so rude I would never use this company again and stay away from them at all costs. Dean if you want more info I can send you them.. I've not listed all the issues but think you know where you have gone wrong. Services: Window installation, Glass installation, General door installation

    Safensecure replaced a UVPC door. Not only was their price very competitive , but there was no hard sell and Dean was very knowledgeable and inspired confidence. They, also, unlike most of the other Companies contacted, gave us a 10year insurance backed guarantee on everything including the locking mechanism which is expensive to replace. Based on that experience we asked Dean to quote us for repacing a French door and two adjacent windows. Once again, very competitive on price and fitted the items quickly and professionally with no mess ( One Company claimed they would have to remove some of the pebbledash ). 10 yr written guarantee by Insurance Company. Perhaps communication / organisation could be a little improved but that's not unusual and not a problem. We would highly recommend this Company ( which proudly have the "Which" endorsement on their van ) and will use them for any further work. Services: Window installation, General door installation
