If I could give 0 star rating, i will. WORST HOSTEL i’ve ever stayed. staff are rude and uncivil. They have hate the sight of customers. The WORST THING is THEY BROKE my KEY and took everything to the STORE ROOM because they thought it’s the day to check out. BUT IT’s NOT. They do the same mistake to another customers also. They must check carefully before they do. That’s against law of broking Customer’s personal things, touching and moving. SUCK HOSTEL. If You have other option, DONT CHOOSE THIS ONE. Especially female staff are Aggressive and haughty.

Staff at Reception Desk are professional and respectful. The pub and common area downstairs is waaaaaaay nicer than the rooms, showers and toilets upstairs. Not a very clean stay. They admitted to lacking cleaning staff.

Definitely if you want to rest this is not the place, if you are short of money and don't mind the noise and sharing with any type of people you can do it. Personally, I didn't like sharing, I felt like I was living in a prison with very strange people, and that was only for 2 nights. Lastly I definitely went to pay for a private hotel room. If you are Latino you will feel at home, many Latin things in this sector. Walkability: If you are Latino you will feel at home, many Latin things in this sector.

Impressed with the spacious 4 bed dorm. Enjoyed having a private shower, although, they could be kept a bit more clean. One of the toilets did not have toilet paper over the two nights we stayed and the floors were always wet. The reception staff could be a bit more friendly. They weren’t very warm and welcoming unfortunately.. Overall, I liked the pink rooms, windows, curtains on the bunks, showers and spacious rooms. Would only recommend short stays and staff could use some more enthusiasm.

Nice clean place. Very cheap. In the heart of the city. Greatt value for money. Lockers on site nd they sell locks for 1-2 pounds coins only. Great lobby and outdoor sitting area. No Kitchen though. They offer breakfast and have a bar.

While I do not have anything to complain about for most of the staff or rooms, I had a very rude and unprofessional experience with one woman working in the morning. My room did not have a pillow and I came in very late the previous evening and felt too tired to ask. The woman I ask in the morning (a young black woman with long braids) looks at me in disbelief and tells me to double check. I literally arrived the evening before and used my bag to sleep with. Every other bed had a pillow except the one I was assigned. She then tells me “someone will bring a pillow to your room right now” A couple hours later still no pillow and I come to ask her again. Before I even say anything she starts yelling at me that someone will bring one later - I try to treat you with a sense of respect, and you approach me in a rude and unprofessional manner. It is completely not ok to treat anyone paying to stay here that way. Later when I come back she rudely glares at me from far away from her counter, as if she was looking to cause a problem with me . I hope her supervisor and team will look over this comment and train her on how to professionally handle room issues.
