This service is shocking and the constant ignorance and lack of support has had a negative effect on the mental health of clients who are already vulnerable after abuse. Not caring or even getting to know the client and ignoring them is not the way forward with regards to support. The impact this has on vulnerable clients needs addressing. I have reported this but management are not remotely interested in rectifying anything. 12 month wait or longer for counselling. They’ll promise regular check ins but that won’t happen either.

This place is awful. I was told I would be called one day and wasn't, and didn't get any contact at all for 6 weeks when I got a off-hand "sorry I didn't call you back" email. It's what I've come to expect from the NHS and everyone involved in the case. It's clear I'm expected to go this alone
