My mother wanted a bespoke shed for her garden and we dropped in on Salisbury's without prior appointment. Jon designed the shed to my mother's specifications there and then. It has since been built and installed on time. It's very high quality and she is delighted with it. Excellent quality product from really nice people at a good price. Couldn't ask for more.

Purchased a pent shed, back in January. They explained there was a long lead time which was fine, happy that they are transparent about that. Jon went through every element of it very patiently, and advised on what might work best for me. No deposit taken which I was surprised about .. Very trusting! I then got a call to say it was ready.. a month before I was expecting.. So pleased about that. When it arrived it was installed by very competent and polite team. We are Delighted with it. The finish is first class, exactly what we wanted. Thank you very much

We have purchased two items from Sailsbury's. The first was a Pent shed, which was excellent. The second was a Potting shed which is awful. Issues are: Poor finish, Stain/finish missing leaving exposed untreated softwood, Nails sticking out, Warped wood, Doors not aligned due to ill-fitting slide bolts, Window opener incorrectly fitted. For a 6' x 6' unit at £900 I expected better. An e-mail with numerous photographs has been ignored! Their communication skills leave a vast amount to be desired, both during the ordering process and throughout the build. As much as I like to deal with local independent suppliers, the only way to differentiate themselves is by service and quality and Jon Sailsbury has let himself down! Purchase with caution!
