Went along yesterday. It said Saturday's opening hours were 12 noon until 3pm. We arrived all the way from Stowmarket, to be met with a very closed shop. Very disappointed. Please make sure you call before you travel.

Had to review after reading the the last one , took my brother and 85 year old mother who was weaned on pie and eels and we were welcomed by very friendly staff and enjoyed excellent traditional p&m and staggered out full with zero complaints, except one, I can't get there as often as I'd like . Top marks.

I went to collect, I was horrified at how filthy this shop was. I spent £32 on 3 x double pie and mash. Nobody ate it, not only because it tasted disgusting, but the thought of eating from such a dirty place hardly got the digestive juices flowing. I should not have bought this but I was too embarrassed to say anything.
