Being new to the area, I have been on the lookout for a local reiki practitioner. I booked a two hour session with Cathy for reiki massage followed by reiki, which I attended this morning. She is wonderful! Her massage targeted exactly where was needed in my back, shoulders and hips. She was firm and precise. Honestly, it was the best massage I've ever had. She understands massage on an intuitive level, it's fantastic. The reiki experience was no less than perfect too. Cathy ended the session with sound therapy using one of her sound bowls with the most perfect frequency. The whole thing was impressively individualised. I came away with an enormous sense of wellbeing and a feeling of balance. I booked my next session before I left! Thank goodness I found this lovely, grounded and gifted lady.
