Could not recommend Sam highly enough. Sam recently helped us with receiving a mortgage offer and made the whole experience hassle and stress free. He went above and beyond in chasing the lenders for updates and ensured he had everything the lenders might ask for in advance which meant there were no hold ups from start to finish. I'll be honest, Sam is not cheap. But you DO get what you pay for with him. If you are having difficulties with lenders, brokers or with your credit rating, consider giving sam a ring. He also provides financial advice and services. He will chase up your case and keep at at it for you. He's got a good little 'black book', (which if you know what I mean, then you know it's worth) letting him get results from lenders that you might not normally get through thier websites. He got results for me within a week where larger brokers were getting nowhere. He wont pressure you to buy things for his commision anywhere near as much as some other brokers, which explains his higher than average fee, but he does give good advice and will listen you and try to work with your concerns. If he reckons there is a chance of getting you your mortgage, he's definately worth a punt. He pulled through, when a well known larger company couldn't. Sam was worth every penny for me, and like any good 'accountant' he'll pay for himself in the long run. Thank you Sam, I very much appreciate it.
