He went above and beyond, changing the tyres and leisure battery and was super helpful sourcing lots of extras for us and talking us through the basics of caravan life. Where do I start, tbh after owning a static caravan i was very negative on the whole touring caravan thing. We searched around lots and I mean lots of different caravan sales places, and I just wasnt feeling it, either they looked "grubby", or I just felt that we was "another customer". We then came across Samco Caravans, and Sam himself, explained everything there was to know, with no pushy sales technique, we purchased our very first touring caravan. Sam from start to finish was absolutely amazing, to the point that it was too good to be true, however everything was as promised. Not a single thing I regret about turning up that day. Sam after a terrible 14 months for us, and most people, you've put a smile back on our faces and made us relaxed in our whole purchasing experience.
