Absolutely shocking service. Placed an order 10 days ago for a product to be delivered next day delivery. Call up to be told "We don't have it (the product)" then silence. Upon pushing for an answer I'm told it'll be another 10 days. No emails. no notifications to say sorry. Utterly ridiculous.
