    I have been to Sanrizz Academy at Brunswick Centre twice as a hair model, and had excellent cuts both times. My first cut was with Akane, who was very friendly and meticulous with the haircut she gave me. The second time was with Hikari, who was really skilful, especially being a student hairdresser. Their instructor, Rudi was really great too, and guided them well as a teacher. I brought a picture in both times, which was quite a complex style, and both students and instructor made sure the cut was exactly as I wished it to be, checking in with me throughout the cut. Tsutomu, who coordinated the haircut was really friendly and caring too, as were all staff and students. I highly recommend this salon! :) Services: Hairstyling, Blowdry, Bang trim, Hair straightening, Hair hydration treatments

    I had the worst experience EVER in this salon!!!!!AVOID at all costs!!! They completely ruined my hair and didn’t even feel bad for it!! What a disgraceful behaviour???!! How dare you to treat customers this way!!!!??? They tried to intimidate me because I was the only woman there and made me feel as if I’m crazy to stand up for myself! I got laughed at by a so called “manager” who was extremely rude and arrogant. I came for a balayage treatment and left with half head of blue hair, half purple, and half yellow hair! The back of my hair was left completely untouched. Still getting chills from the experience. Please, I beg of you to stay away from this place!

    The lovely student who made my haircut was so nice whereas the teacher, a lady with brown hair and blue eyes was so aggressive and annoying. She was touching me rudely, I asked her to touch me softly, she was screaming and walking around the salon and she told the student “you are the stylist, you decide the height”. That is so rude!! I don’t think I will ever come back.
