I understand it's in the city centre, but there are better pizzerias nearby that are much cheaper. anyway we decide to give it a try. nothing special about the food. but my complaint is not about the food. it is for bill's moment. when paying the bill, which was already inclusive of the service charge for a total of 115.17 pounds, the waiter splits the bill into two, 60 and 60. we point out that this is 120. whereupon he sets the payment in the POS for 118 with the phrase "come on, the important thing is that you enjoyed the meal" taking the tip for himself. I DECIDE whether to tip someone, NOT that SOMEONE. in my house it's called theft. we pointed this out to him and he very "cleverly" avoided the subject and continued with the theft. Because yes this is a theft. I read the reviews yesterday. It's not the first time this has happened. dear Sartori restaurant, remember that it is the customer who decides whether to tip. you don't have to steal it like that. thieves. it's not for the few pounds it's for the gesture!!! shame on you!
